I work in a few ways, most often utilizing a technique called E.M.D.R.bilateral stimulation and internal resourcing.  I also use a mixture of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and identifying and working with our parts.  All techniques are to help form a more cohesive Authentic Self.

What is your Authentic Self

Your Authentic Self is the whole of all the different parts within you.  Your Authentic Self is all the potential you have, your true purposeful self. Often we do not fully realize our Authentic Self. Our other parts (child, critical, logical, responsible, protector), our negative beliefs, our upbringing and traumas get in the way. We will work on helping our parts become cohesive while clearing out our past beliefs, experiences and traumas, to make room for a fully realized Authentic Self.
